Paul Schilling

Paul Schilling is a native of Marin County and a passionate coach for Game Ready Sports Camp. During his high school years at Terra Linda High School, Paul was a remarkable three-sport athlete, particularly excelling in baseball, basketball, and football. He was a varsity football starter for all three years and earned all-league honors each year. In 2004, Paul's football team won the coveted NCS Football championship against the undefeated Marin Catholic in a much-sought-after battle.


After high school, Paul went on to play football for Whittier College for four years. During his time there, he played both sides of the ball as a running back, safety, and punt returner. After college, Paul returned home to Marin County and began his coaching career back at Terra Linda High School. Over his six-year stint from 2010 to 2016, he served as Freshmen Head Coach, JV Head Coach, Varsity Offensive Coordinator, and Running Backs Coach.

In 2016, Paul took a brief break from coaching to focus on his family when his first child turned one. However, he returned to coaching in 2021 when his oldest son got into the circuit, coaching for Next Level Football at San Marin. Currently, he serves as Terra Linda football's Varsity Running Backs Coach.

In addition to coaching, Paul loves spending time with his family, which includes his wife, son, three daughters, and two dogs. He also has a real passion for youth sports and teaching a love and appreciation for the game.

Joe Ayoob

Joe Ayoob is a highly accomplished coach for Game Ready Sports Camp. He began his athletic career as a three-sport varsity player in high school, excelling in football, basketball, and baseball. Joe's outstanding performance earned him the All-League honors in all three sports. He graduated from Terra Linda High School in 2002.


After high school, Joe continued his athletic career by playing football at San Francisco City College. He was awarded 1st Team Junior College All-American honors during his time there. His remarkable performance caught the attention of UC Berkeley, where he was offered a scholarship to play football. Joe played for UC Berkeley and helped the team win the Pac 10 Championship.

After college, Joe continued his career as a professional football player in the Arena Football League (AFL) for four years. After his professional football career, he transitioned to become a private coach in 2009, where he provided individualized coaching to athletes of all ages and skill levels.

Currently, Joe serves as the Varsity Football Head Coach for Terra Linda High School, where he utilizes his extensive experience and knowledge to coach and mentor young athletes. He is known for his passion for the game and his ability to inspire his players to reach their full potential.
