Why Fundamental Training Beats 7v7-Only Programs
7v7 is fun — but it doesn’t build complete football players. Real development comes from fundamentals: footwork, technique, football IQ, body control, and the ability to translate skills to real pads and real game situations.

Pro Coaching
Varsity coaches and certified trainers develop all of GRSC programs. There is always an experienced Coach or Student Athlete present.
Football Agility Improvement
GRSC Trainings sessions we will focus on general football movements. We will also incorporate either speed training or weight training at each session.
Consistent Progress
Monthly skills assessment recording progress in key metrics. Tracking sheets for each athlete are provided monthly. Parent meetings are available to discuss athletes' progress/potential.
Discipline
